THE PASSION8 PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS
This agreement/these terms and conditions are between Ruth Ramsay of RuthRamsay.com (Course Leader and Coach) and you as a purchaser of The Passion8 Programme course (Client).
Description of The Passion8 Programme with Ruth Ramsay.
The Passion8 Programme is an eight-week online course, comprising eight video presentations of 60-90 minutes and accompanying workbooks, released on Mondays of the course. The presentations/workbooks include 'guided self-coaching' whereby participants have time to apply lessons being taught, to themselves, by filling in the workbooks. Optional further resources comprise 50-plus hours of resources. Course members have no direct interaction with each other. Ruth Ramsay administers the course in real-time.
The course is aimed at educating and inspiring the Clients to maximize their personal potential in their sexual lives.
1. Coach agrees to maintain the Code of Ethics and standards of behaviour set out by the International Coaching Federation. Coach will commit her professional resources and focus to supporting the clients’ group journey.
2. Client is responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and entirely responsible for all decisions, choices, actions and results they may take during or following participation in the course. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
3. Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, Coach recommends the Client inform the mental health care provider and gain their consent as to the suitability of this course.
4. Client agrees to as far as is possible create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.
The parties agree to engage in an online course conducted via pre-recorded presentations on Vimeo, and email. All course content such as worksheets will be delivered via email or a secure teaching hub. It is your responsibility to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email safe senders list (or equivalent) and to check your spam folder regularly for relevant emails.
The course begins on the published start date and continues weekly for a total of eight weeks. Each Monday a new module will be released (60-90 minute video plus workbook). Worksheets and resource lists will be shared in a timely manner by the Coach. After the course has completed access to the recordings will end after four further weeks.
Schedule & Fees.
This agreement and fee details are valid as of April 4 2022. The fee for the course is £250 GBP or equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate. This contract is for the entirety of payment and course and becomes a legal entity upon payment. If conversion rates change before this agreement has been signed and dated, the prevailing rates will apply.
Payment by PayPal or bank transfer.
Any bonus(es) offered as part of the package will be delivered by email one week prior to the course commencement.
The Coach will email the Group Clients a Vimeo link to each presentation and link to download each workbook, on each Monday of the course. Should there be any opportunity for any Client to take active participation in any extra webinars/calls, this is optional.
The Coach will send emails with extra resources each week, and also invite sharing (by return private email) of top takeaways from the previous week. These takeaways will be anonymised and shared in an email on a Monday, so participants can learn from each other while remaining anonymous.
Please note this is a Group course and Coach makes no commitment to interact one to one/on a private basis with any Client. Should the Coach be unavailable to provide services in a timely manner due to unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to ill health, day/dates of delivery may be adjusted.
Participation on the course is anonymous in respect to the other participants on the course. Group emails will not display participants' email addresses. Any takeaways shared with consent for Ruth Ramsay to share in the Monday email, will be anonymised.
All Passion8 Programme course materials are shared with the Client for the sole use of the Client in their Passion8 Programme journey. All materials are copyright Ruth Ramsay. The Client agrees not to share, copy or distribute any materials or content including video, in any way or form including on social media.
This group coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound to confidentiality by the ICF Code of Ethics, but is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like in Medicine or Law). The Coach agrees not to disclose any identifying information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. Confidential information does not include information that: (a) was in the Coach’s knowledge prior to its being provided by the Client; (b) is generally known to the public or in the Client’s industry; (c) is obtained by the Coach from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Client; (d) is independently developed by the Coach without use of or reference to the Client’s confidential information; or (e) that the Coach is required by law to disclose (for example if served with a court order to disclose information).
Client information may be shared with immediate members of the Ruth Ramsay team only if absolutely necessary for the performance of their working roles and whom themselves are bound by law to maintain as confidential.
According to the ethics of our profession, topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, and further professional development and/or consultation purposes.
Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this agreement within 14 days of this agreement becoming active by payment being made. If the course has begun, refund will be pro rata. Beyond 14 days if the Client wishes to Terminate the agreement no refunds are given. There are no exceptions to this clause. The Client’s statutory rights under English consumer law are not affected.
If, after completion of the Programme, the Client feels participation has not resulted in any significant learnings about or improvement in their sexual life, then upon proof they have engaged with the course, course fee will be refunded (minus a ten per cent administration fee). To be eligible for a refund the Client must have watched all eight presentations (as indicated by course platform user reports) and comprehensively completed all eight workbooks (demonstrated by photographic proof). Refunds must be requested within one week of the course completion date and requested proof emailed within one week of Coach's reply. Refunds will be processed within one month of proof of course participation being received.
Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the Coach be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Coach under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.
This is the entire agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
Payment of the course fee, in full or part, constitutes full acceptance of this agreement.
